Cancellation and Return & Withdrawal Policy<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Order Cancellation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Order cancellation is possible within 12 hours from the moment of placing and paying for it. After 12 hours, cancellation cannot be made. To cancel your order, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Return \/ Withdrawal Policy<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, without requiring justification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Shipping costs for any return or exchange are borne exclusively by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the store within the above deadline via email or telephone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, complete and in its original packaging. In the event of a return due to withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return costs of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The refund will be made after the product has been received and checked by the store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If the purchase was made with a credit or debit card, the transaction will be canceled and the amount will be credited to the consumer's account within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day the company was informed of the withdrawal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Exceptions for Discounted Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Products purchased from the discount or defective category may have minor defects, which are mentioned in their description. For this reason, these products are not subject to change or return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
